My homework project

My Idea for my homework challenge is for it to be a person. Well it's going to be a allen person because he has one eye. He has a name tag on him that says Jeff. He has bird feathers as his cloths. I have given him sticks as arms. I will probably give him something else but for now I am just having a rough idea. He has no legs but he will still stand up we will just stand up on the bottom. A thing that I have had to overcome is the legs the reason I am not having legs is because he can not balance and he will fall over and brake.

My book Review

My book that I have been reading is the Top secret diary of pig. I like this book because it is very funny and is a good book to understand. I would rank this book 10 out of 10 it is better than all of the books I have read. I am reading the 2nd one written by Emer Stamp also Illustrated  by Emer Stamp. Emer Stamp is a girl she is blond and a very good writing. The main characters are Pig, Duck, The Evil chickens, Cow, The sheep and Mrs and Mr Farmer. I did not like this story because at the ending it did not say what happened. I would recommend this book to ages 8-11. The evil chickens were trying to get rid of pig but then pig and duck sent them with Mrs and Mr Farmer into space. Pig sent Mr & Mrs Farmer into space because Mr Farmer wanted to kill and eat pig.

Calf club

On 19th of October was the annual Ngatea School calf club. I had a goat her name is Bella. She is a whole lot of different colors she is black,white,brown,gray and cream. The morning started slow I was up late getting her ready and then I got up early to get her ready. We got to school and found a spot to park. She wee weed 5 times before the first ring started. on the blanket  Then we went and got our booklets and numbers. At 9:30 it was time to start it was obstacle course my heart racing I was so nervous. Then it was my turn we were walking fine then it was the log and she did not want to go over it but then she did the rest of the course great. We got a fourth place and I was happy. We also got fourth for leading as well. It was calling time she has been doing great calling at home I said to myself. Then I started calling her she did not come she was too busy eating grass. We got last but i forgave her after rearing. Rearing took a long time because the judges have to look at everyone got. In the end I got first I was so happy. It was time for me to go in the champion ring I thought I was going to get smashed but in the end I got first in the champion. At prize giving I got one trophy and it was for rearing last year I won the same trophy.

My home work

• How did you get your idea? I got my idea because I love farming and I thought it would be cool to make one.

• Who helped you? The people that helped me were my Dad who helped me find sticks and my Mum helped my design.

• What was the process - how did you make it? The first part of the process was I draw on the cylinder in light pencil the I pantind it. After that I got sticks for the home made fences and after that I hot glued the sticks and hot glued the farm animals.

• What did you think of your end product? I loved what it turned out like. I also like how much hard work I put into it and I never gave up.

• When you looked at everyone else’s, which ones did you like and why?When I looked at everyone else's the one I liked the most was the rugby ball made by Jamie Kennedy.

Where are you at with your Impact project? I am doing well with my impact project I am completing all my activities. For my impact I am doing art area makeover.`

What have you accomplished so far? At the moment my group and I are at the planning stage. We have decided to put a mosaic on the wall in front of the sink. So we have split into three groups and the three groups are sketching what we want to mosaic on the walls.

What are your next steps in order to complete your project/projects by the Term 4 deadline? The next steps are to finish sketching and then mosaic onto the walls. We also need to make some more decisions about the room.

What are you enjoying? I am enjoying the hands on activities

and I can not wait  until we do the mosaic.

Is there anything you are not enjoying? There are no things that I am not enjoying, I am liking everything.
